Why Do I Teach When I Could Have Retired Long Ago?

St Elmo School Black History Month Poster
Visit (just click the picture or the text) Technology in the Hallways, a post by Anthony Capps on the EDM310 Alumni Blog, and you will know the answer to that question.

Thanks EDM310.

P.S. Do you know how to make a picture into a link? See if you can find out!.

  1. This is so awesome! I wasn't sure how this was all going to be put together, but it is very impressive! I can't wait to get my trailer up!

  2. Thank you for the post, I'm working on my trailer now!

You can go to this link to learn how to make a picture into a link:

I'll have one on my next blog.

  3. According to my daughter Katelyn, you can't retire until she goes through the program. She is 10 now and planning to be a teacher. After she 'met' you on Skype, she plans on being in your class. So put in at least 10 more years. Can you imagine what technology will be like then?

  4. That trailer was very impressive! I had no idea you could do all of that on a Mac. I will be curious to see what I can do, so I know all of the kids will be thinking the same thing! Wow, what a great project to take to the kids at St. Elmo!

  5. The project for those kids at St. Elmo's was really well done. I'm eager to learn more about how to use the computer in this way. I think this will make the kids more eager to read these books and learn more in the process.

  6. You're fortune cookie reads: it is not in your future to retire in education.
