Questionnaire

I have sent the Questionnaire that is due Sunday to everyone.

BUT....Google has not been cooperating so I am not sure whether they have really been sent. I will be checking on that today. If you have NOT gotten the link to the questionnaire when you read this post, please send a Gmail to EDM310 Help and advise me that you have not yet received the questionnaire.
